This policy applies to the Khushi Tours & Travels website. It explains the information that may be handled when you browse the site, call the business or continue an enquiry through WhatsApp.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide trip and contact details when you call or send a WhatsApp message. The website quote form asks for your name, mobile number, pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time, trip type, preferred vehicle and passenger count.

The quote form is processed in your browser. After successful validation, it creates a message and opens WhatsApp. The website does not submit that form to a Khushi Tours & Travels database, and visiting this website does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

Information stored in your browser

The website may store the following limited information in local or session browser storage:

• Your optional analytics-consent choice.
• Campaign parameters supplied in the page URL, including UTM values and Google advertising click identifiers.
• The date and time at which those campaign parameters were captured.

Campaign parameters are used for measurement and are not added to the customer-facing WhatsApp quote message. You can remove browser storage through your browser settings.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

The site contains configurable support for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. These services are not loaded unless a relevant measurement ID has been configured and you choose “Accept” in the optional analytics notice.

If enabled with your consent, those providers may process technical and interaction data such as page activity, browser or device information, approximate network location and campaign attribution. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Technical records and external resources

The web server or hosting provider may create standard security and access logs, such as the requested URL, time, browser information and IP address. Retention and access depend on the production hosting configuration.

The site loads Font Awesome from the cdnjs content-delivery network. Your browser connects to that provider to retrieve the icon stylesheet and font files. Call links use your device’s calling application, and WhatsApp links connect to a service operated by Meta.

How enquiry information may be used

Information that you send by phone or WhatsApp may be used to understand your requested route, check availability, discuss a suitable vehicle, prepare a trip-specific quote, answer questions and coordinate a journey that you later confirm directly.

Khushi Tours & Travels does not publish customer enquiry details through this website. Information may need to be shared with people involved in arranging an agreed journey, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Retention and your choices

This website does not define a fixed retention period for phone or WhatsApp conversations. Retention may depend on the status of the enquiry, booking records, operational requirements and applicable legal obligations. You can contact the business to ask about information you previously supplied or to request correction or deletion where applicable.

You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the call, WhatsApp or website features. If you previously accepted analytics, clearing the site’s browser storage removes the saved consent choice on that device.

Security

Reasonable website safeguards can reduce risk, but no internet or messaging service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information through the website quote message.

Children’s information

This website is intended for people arranging transport and is not designed to collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian should make an enquiry when travel is being arranged for a child.
